Who we are
Natovi OÜ (Crispdraft), Valukoja tn 8/2, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, hello@crispdraft.com, is the controller for personal data processed on this website and in our book design service.
What we process and why
Website visits: our host (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google servers for this.
Enquiries and orders: when you email us, we process your name, email address, your manuscript and the details you send, to quote and deliver your project (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Tools we use for production
Your files are stored in our cloud storage (Dropbox) and email (Google Workspace). We use AI tools (Anthropic) to typeset and check your book; your manuscript is processed only to produce your files.
How long we keep data
Project files are deleted 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer for future editions. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. Write to hello@crispdraft.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
